He provided us with great info regarding the property, as well as some awesome places to eat in West Chester (within walking distance of his property). The house itself was perfect…Great kitchen and family room, as well as three bedrooms (and 2 great bathrooms). “As a retired architect, I love staying in clean, well designed and comfortable homes. This home was perfect! My only note is for older folks with bad knees, as with most older homes, the stairs might be a bit challenging. We’re averaging 70 and quite healthy, the stairs were fine for us. Thank you Ivanca!”
