Unclean and poor customer service
"No hot water in shower. Front desk clerk lied about fixing the hot water problem. Tub was filthy, tub stopper did not work. Housekeeping said that they were out of Kleenex, yet I was able to get some from the manager."

"Check in starts at 4pm…. When renting this home make sure to check all windows… we checked them and the two back room windows were not lock. The living room right hand window would not lock as well.
