“Perfect location between game locations. Easy walk to restaurants. House was clean and tidy. Easy check in/out process Owner was easy to communicate with.”

“Have more toilet paper in the house. . There was only 3 partial rolls. The house was wonderful just wish the weather was better. Thank you. ”

“Pondlife was clean, calm, cozy, and peaceful...exactly what we wanted...fall foliage was gorgeous....rail trail hiking adjacent to the property and plenty of mountain hiking nearby. If you want to be immersed in nature's beauty, this is perfect...”

“This is a tidy ground level efficiency that was well equipt for our 3 night stay. The hosts were communicative and attentive. The location is very good with a beautiful public library across the street, and a charming downtown area with shops and cafes, all within walking distance.”

“Delightful stay. The accommodations were very clean and detailed instructions were provided. It was a pleasure to stay there and the attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. Everything we could have needed was at our fingertips. Thank you!!!”

“Welcome letter to cottage is rude! Nice little cottage. That’s about it! No instructions on checkout at all! Location is great! Highly recommend the Taco Time restaurant though in town!”

“The family had a great time at Kathleen's house. It provided loads of space to both hang out in the kitchen/dining area at breakfast and when preparing meals and then in the evenings, relaxing on the super large sofas. The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean as were the bathrooms. The fire-pit was a great spot however, with young children and the 'friendly' mosquitos in the summer season, we limited our time looking at the flames. The location met our needs very well and afforded a great……

“Great experience”

“Very nice well kept and a great location to Monadnock Hospital.”

“Very responsive and answers were clear. Property was nice and parking was super convenient.”

“We booked this house for our family (9 adults and an infant) for a wedding in the area. The house was really lovely - clean, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable and clean, and plenty of space for us to hang out together! It was exactly what we were looking for! The host, Brie, was also super helpful and responsive throughout our visit. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!”

“Better than even thought it would be. Such a fun, cozy and comfy space. Includes dishes, glassware and plenty of towels. Highly recommend. Could use a few more coat hangers.”

“Wonderful waterfall & surrounding garden area. Nice cottage with wood floors & the clawfoot tub is fabulous. Porch on the back with rockers. When we arrived the room was HOT. We believe the previous person had left the heat on. We opened windows for a cross breeze & the owner was gracious enough to bring a circulating fan. Thank goodness it cooled to 65 at night, since it was 91 in the day. There is no A/C. My friend stayed in this cottage as we stayed in the river room. As I said for that……

“Great stay, clean, accommodating and great location. Will stay again!”

“The home is beautiful and felt so welcoming. The kitchen is beautiful although I didn't have the opportunity to use much besides the coffee pot. I appreciated that there was a Keurig and some creamers available to use. One of the bedrooms upstairs has a half bath attached and that was lovely. The outdoor area appeared well appointed and I wish the weather would have allowed me some outdoor time. This is a beautiful home and I'd highly recommend a stay there. I hope to return again soon!”

“The decor is very cute, however we didn’t have hot water the first day and next morning. I messaged owner through vrbo but got no reply to the issue. They also asked that you don't use there face cloth & towel for makeup to use makeup wipes provided but there were not any. The faucets were dirty and there was a weird smell in the cabin. The location is convenient to areas we were visiting. ”

“The cabin was very comfortable for the two of us for our two night stay. The area was quiet with minimal noise from the traffic. Heat/hot water was more than adequate. The bed was very comfortable. If the night table could be moved to the other side of the bed it probably would allow each person to get up without crawling over the another. A minor inconvenience for us was only having one washcloth for two people for our two night stay. Easy fix for us if we return to the area and are able stay……
