### Cozy Cabin in a rural setting (#10) In Temple, NH

Cozy cabin in a rural setting for some rest and relaxation to get away from the daily grind. This newly renovated cabin is fully furnished in a modern style and is very comfortable for 2 people. Comes with its own mini kitchen, Stove and Small fridge. The cabin is located close too Wilton and Historic Peterborough. Monadnock mountain trails and other all-season activities close by. Plenty of restaurants in town and within easy driving distance. Come experience the New England charm.  
  
Cabin is 1 of 5 cabins in a complex of units for residential living. A residential neighborhood with houses spread out off Route 101W  
  
Parking available next to the Cabin and behind the garage  
These are our additional rules that shall be followed by all guests who stay at our property. After each rule, there is an associated fine listed after that will be charged if rule in question is violated. By booking our cabin, you are agreeing that you will follow our property rules to the fullest extent and will pay such fines if rules are violated.  
  
\*No pets allowed on the property under any circumstance unless discussed with host and paid for when booked. FINE: $150.00.  
  
\*No smoking or vaping inside the premises.   
FINE: $150.00.  
  
\*Any and all trash MUST be put inside of a trash bag. Any trash that is not within a trash bag and thrown into the garbage can results in a fine. FINE: $50.00.  
  
\*No house parties or extra unlisted guests - unless discussed with host. FINE: $100.00 PER person.  
  
\*No driving or operating any vehicle of any kind on the grass, lawn, or landscaping on the property. FINE: $150.00.  
  
\*No burning candles inside the unit. FINE: $50.00.  
  
\*No illegal substances or activities on the premises. FINE $150.00.  
  
\*Every 30 minutes after check out time (10am) will result in an added fee of $50.  
  
\*No food or drink in the bed. FINE: Cost of replacement if stained.   
  
\*Do not touch or tamper with the cameras on the property. FINE: $150.00 + NO REFUND.  
  
We heavily appreciate your cooperation with our rules, unfortunately there is a reason we have these rules in place, and we thank you in advance for being respectful to us and our property.

The decor is very cute, however we didn’t have hot water the first day and next morning. I messaged owner through vrbo but got no reply to the issue. They also asked that you don't use there face cloth & towel for makeup to use makeup wipes provided but there were not any. The faucets were dirty and there was a weird smell in the cabin. The location is convenient to areas we were visiting.

Remarkably efficient use of space made for a comfortable, collision-free experience. Furnishings fit the space nicely, and provided all necessary features for a short stay. Only disappointing point: neither of us could obtain a steady flow of hot water from the shower or either sink. Ok for an overnight stay, but would not book it for longer without resolution of the hot water issue.

What a perfect cabin to stay in during our daughter’s masters graduation at Franklin pierce! Cleanest lodging I’ve ever stayed in. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Conveniently located to restaurants, trails, university. Just enough for us 2 adults and a pup. Recommend extra silverware and maybe extra towel. A++++++++++++
