The house was in nice neighborhood close to Mid-Western State University and in close proximity to main freeway to easily get around town. Inside, everything was perfect. Tastefully decorated throughout. Kitchen was well-stocked. Everything was perfect. Shannon was very responsive to questions, both before and after we arrived. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Wichita Falls. ”

“This property provided us with all the comforts of home while we traveled for the holidays. The kitchen had the most pots, pans, baking dishes, and kitchen utensils I have experienced at any VRBO rental. Having two sofas in the living room was great for lounging with family. The smart TV had plenty of apps pre-loaded for use of the TV. There is a Walmart, bowling alley, and several restaurants and shopping locations within a 5-minute drive. ”

“Lots of indoor & outdoor room for our 2 pre-school grandchildren to play. Large dining table for 8 where the family could all sit for meals. Also, the kitchen is stocked with enough dinnerware to accommodate all. This home was exceptionally clean...even under the beds where the kids did indeed roam! Beds very comfortable over our 4-night stay. Quiet neighborhood. Good communication with our host.”

“Over all good place to stay. Just a couple things, NO Dishwasher, no toaster ( there is an airfryer) If your planing on sitting outside on the patio bring chairs if your driving. There are 2 outdoor chairs in front but if there iare more than 2 of you . You wont have enough chairs.enough enmore than 2 of youmor”

“The house was what we expected. Good parking. One block from campus. Nice yard. Really good internet and nice tv’s. Marco responded immediately when we could not find the towels. Kitchen had pots, pans, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dish towel. If you plan to cook, remember to bring food including coffee, salt and pepper! Stovetop and fridge worked great. Nice hot shower. Very comfortable beds. We had a little trouble with thermostat adjusting temperature on its own. We……
