“The staff didn’t have a smile face and had no patience to answer customer’s questions. We booked 3 persons’ room, but only had 2 persons stuff(cup, towel etc) in the room. The hotel service is not good. Only I appreciated the Starbucks staff had a smile face and serviced us well.”

“The access was easy on/off highway, rates were good. The breakfast was only fair The staff was very nice. All in all a decent place to stay. They could update the hall carpets”

“The Microhotel is really cute. The two staff at the front desk were courteous and helpful. I found the accommodations quite nice and comfortable. The only missimg amenity on the third floor was an ice machine but it was not difficult to go to the second floor to get the ice. The location was also easy on and off the highway for me as a traveller between Knoxvkille, TN, and New York. I would recommend your establishment.”

“I stayed here two nights and the staff at the front desk (different people) were always very friendly and welcoming. The lobby was under construction when I was there, but it didn't bother me because I don't spend an extended amount of time in the lobby and I heard very little construction noise in my room, which was on the second floor above the pool area. The only part I didn't like, which wasn't the hotel's fault, was that there was a group of guests (5-7) who were in the hot tub for several……
