“The property is beautiful and big. Our family of 5 fit perfectly. The only issue we had was the kitchen was poorly stocked. Just a couple pans and not enough silverware. The table only sits 3 which was ideal for eating. I wanted to use the black stone flat top but the grill was all rusted and the propane was empty. I’d say 3-4 star overall beds were nice and comfortable and plenty of space for the whole family, but the kitchen stocking needs a bit more. Overall pleasant stay!”

“This venue is so much better than we could’ve imagined. The hosts have seriously gone above and beyond with this listing. My wife had lots of family flying in from overseas for our little wedding, so you could imagine that we were very stressed. They had anything and everything that we could have possibly needed or forgot that we needed in the beautiful kitchen. The gazebo already had lights all the way around which helped us a lot. The tables and chairs in the event building were far more than……

“This was a great, well maintained, and stocked house. The layout was functional and allowed us to spread out nicely. The communication with the host was exceptional and the location easily accessible to all the wonderful things that Rockwall has to offer. Not a negative but it is a fairly steep driveway out back to get to garage! This is definitely top of my list for a rebook”

“Great place with plenty of space. Pool and hot tub were amazing”

“Pros: Quiet neighborhood, kitchen stocked with all essentials & extras, spacious areas to spread out, check in/out was easy. Cons: The driveway situation is tight and inconvenient, the property needs some basic maintenance (paint, outlets tightened up, detailed cleaning in corners, spray for insects, etc). That said, these things could easily be overlooked. The real kicker for us was the game room - it looked great in the photos but it is located in the garage - it was extremely hot out there……

“It is a very cozy home it was perfect for our stay. The hosts were very attentive when we needed something they answered or came in a timely manner. It was the perfect location for us and fit our needs perfectly. We would definitely come back.”

“The pictures do not do the inside justice. Beautiful property with all the amenities of home.It was my sister and I a 17 and a 20 year old. They had a phenomenal time in the pool, the hot tub, playing table tennis and video games. The location is very close to Kroger, Starbucks, Chic fil a, and several other amenities. We throughly enjoyed our stay and plan on doing it again.”

“The owner allowed us to check in early which was appreciated. There were little details that were nice: snacks, welcome note, coffee and tea stocked - all good the only negative was that we were not aware until arrival that guests were not allowed. Otherwise no complaints at all. It was very comfortable and there were plenty of extra little items like shampoos and pillows that were just nice!”

“Clean and quiet place loved it. Would go back again.”

“I've stayed here before and it's a nice hotel. However, the pool and Jacuzzi were not in service which was a big disappointment and the room that I stayed in smelled like a wet dog.”

“The place was immaculate and great time.”

“This property was very accommodating and so cute!! The space was compact but there were all the amenities: patio picnic table, mini bbq egg, full shower, cozy sitting room and Roku tv.”

“Cute place”
