“Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible……

“The home was close to everything and it was clean and roomy for everyone (2adults and 3 kids).. We went to Skytree tower and hung out there a few times, and Kinshicho station had all of what we needed, a very big station! “The house was clean and tidy. Communication was prompt and effective. The house is more vertical so there are a lot of stairs but we made it work even though we have 2 seniors in the group. One has difficult mobility, the property manager went above and beyond to accomodate us by setting a bed on the first floor. Luggage elevator is such a useful addition. As expected for Tokyo house, we don't have a big space to hang around as a group but we were barely home so this is not an issue. The place……
