It is truely a perfect spot. The 3 generous bedrooms all have comfortable beds. The single beds in the rooms roll around a bit as they are on wheels. The queen in the main bedroom is very comfortable. Only negative was the bbq was not cleaned after the last renters and we were not prepared to clean it twice. 75 if you don’t clean it! The weather turned and it was too windy anyway but no response from real estate when I emailed them about it. FYI The bottom of the door in the main bedroom has been rain damaged and when it rained heavy there was a bit of water leaking through.
