This beautiful first floor property has exceptional ocean views of Pippi Beach spanning from Lovers Point to Angourie. The apartment is fully appointed with everything you'll need for your seaside escape, not to mention one of the best location's in town. The Space: Enjoy your morning coffee watching the whales pass, or maybe relax with sunset drinks from your front deck. It is an easy stroll into the town centre, the lighthouse, the Pacific Hotel, the Markets, to Main Beach and all the exceptional Restaurants and Bars Yamba has to offer. La Ronde Three has been updated and the interior styled to perfection. It is generously appointed with quality linen, WIFI and all the amenities you will need. There are ceiling fans throughout and the Master Bedroom also enjoys reverse cycle air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the family sized swimming pool within the complex. Bedding configuration: Master Bedroom: Pool views, queen size bed, balcony, aircon, ceiling fan, ensuite, wardrobe Queen Bedroom: Queen size bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe, adjacent to family bathroom with separate toilet Twin Bedroom: Two king single beds, ceiling fan, adjacent to family bathroom with separate toilet Kitchen and laundry: Fully appointed with appliances, utensils, crockery, cutlery and basic supplies. Garage: The property also enjoys a lock up garage with space for a single car plus extra storage for bikes, surf boards, etc. The cleaning fee associated with this listing includes full, professional cleaning and linen hire. Guest Access: You'll enjoy your own private access from the ground floor and will rise one flight of stairs to the first floor apartment. There is a lock box available on site for convenient check-in. The Neighborhood: Pippi Beach is a pristine white sandy beach with great surf and is directly accessible from the front of the apartment. The beach is long and perfect for morning and afternoon strolls. It's overlooked by Lover's Point which offers a wonderful vantage of the length of Pippi Beach and Angourie beyond, as well as back toward Convent Beach, Main Beach and the break wall. La Ronde Three is a relatively flat walk to town and a short stroll to the top of "Yamba hill" where there are more restaurants adjacent to the Pacific Hotel. Ager Park and children's playground is nearby and overlooks Pippi and Convent Beach. Getting Around: The pool is fully fenced and shared with the four apartments. Strictly no smoking, pets, parties or loud music. Other Things to Note: Please note that we have a strict policy of no pets, schoolies, parties, smoking, vaping or loud music. Please observe our local quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.
