This place was wonderful. We have stayed at many UK hotels this trip - most are good but with one or two gaps. My wife noted that this place had got everything right from her perspective for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. On site parking was great and convenient.

I loved this place! My room was beautiful and very comfortable, probably my favorite of all the places I stayed on my trip to England and Ireland. Very very helpful staff that helped me plan out my activities during my stay. Very walkable to the city as well as to the train station and a couple of cute cafes. Would love to stay again!

Located on a semi-residential street just minutes walk from city center and York Minster, this beautifully decorated hotel is a well maintained inn and of the finest character. The owners take great pride in this historical inn which looks absolutely newly furnished. Breakfast was superb. For quality B&Bs and this one was "Spot on"!

Great location. Approximately 15 min walk from railway station and 10 min walk from York Minster. Breakfast was lovely with good local ingredients. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The road at the front of the property is quite busy so road noise could be an issue for some people. Would stay here again.

Sehr hilfsbereite, freundliche Gastgeber.

Wow, what an amazing little find! Wonderful hotel, within walking distance of the city centre and with parking! Fantastic staff, very warm and welcoming. Gorgeous boutique room that's spotless with a fantastic rainfall shower. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and no request was too much. Had a lovely stay and well definitely return the next time we're in York.
