"In Marion for a family wedding. Perfect place for all of us (adult children and teenage grandchildren and pre-teen great grandchildren). Dramatic great room overlooking 5th tee. Got to review the golfers as an added benefit. Looks like a good spot for a getaway golf weekend."

"Great, quaint cabin, that is well maintained and tastefully appointed. Setting on the covered porch looking out over the trees and pasture made me feel like I was 1000 miles from anywhere. The hobby farm next door was really cool. There were all kinds of animals on the property, many roaming free. I even saw a skulk of foxes as I pulled into the property. A quick 8 minute drive and you were in Carbondale. Very cool."

First vacation after retirement.
"The hotel was somewhat centrally located to places we wanted to go. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to be able to use a bathtub. The staff kept my husband well supplied with coffee. The only drawback was ants coming in thru the A/C unit."
