The 54 m² vacation apartment is located in a well-maintained condominium complex on the 2nd floor (top floor) of the front building, which was built in the North German style with a wood-clad gable and wooden windows.

It is centrally located, yet quiet and close to the beach; it is comfortably furnished, fully equipped, and features a west-facing balcony where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. The apartment includes a parking space and a bike shed on the property.

The vacation rental was recently completely refurnished.
The open kitchen with an adjoining living area offers all the amenities for both short- and long-term guests. It features a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as numerous electric kitchen appliances.

The dining area, with modern, comfortable furniture, seats 2 people. A separate, smaller desk is available for occasional work.

From the living area, which features a comfortable armchair and a side-adjustable chaise longue, you can step out onto the covered, west-facing loggia. It is equipped with 3 adjustable, foldable lounge chairs and a table.

The bedroom faces east and is furnished with a 180-cm-wide double bed (with two separate box springs and mattresses) and a large closet. The bright bathroom with a window has a shower stall.

All rooms have pleated blinds on the windows, which provide soft lighting when needed.
The complex features a barbecue area with seating. It is 300 m to the town center, 500 m to the beach, and 150 m to the nearest bakery and bike rental shop.
