“Very nice restored hotel in an old monastery. I can’t believe nuns lived in such opulent quarters and such large rooms! Wonderful staff and excellent breakfast. The only thing I would say is please replace all the beds with king/2 meter wide ones. The small bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Also they have a new building with balconies, but I was never offered that option thru Expedia. I would have preferred a room with a king bed and balcony, but they only offered Standard on Expedia ”

“We loved our stay here. The house was very comfortable with everything that we needed and a lovely garden to relax in when we weren’t out and about. The town of Cangas was just right for us. Enough shops, cafes and restaurants to have a good choice, but the town was not too big or touristy. There was a lovely buzz along the pedestrian area where the bars are, which made wandering down for a relaxed drink in the evening a pleasure. The location is also very central for exploring all of the Picos……
