“Great location and the room was very clean.”

“The first night we were here there was no hot water. Had to wait until morning. The couch has cushions with frayed material. The bed has a bad spring on one side so it makes a noise getting in or out. Seems like they really need to start replacing furniture.”

“Rooms were large and nice, Front desk staff and cleaning staff are great. Breakfast was a bit light but good. Only down fall were the heavy running foot steps of kids in the room above us but it was ok. The hall way carpet needs replaced heavy stains through out. But we will be back”

“This property has not been well maintained . There was a hot shower and bed . But I wouldn’t stay there again .”

“Whover is doing the maid service is doing a great job for what they have. The problem is not with clean sheets or towels but with maintenance. There were no functioning lights in the bathroom, I had to use my flashlight. Wall socket was loose. The carpet appeared to have been cleaned but there were red stains like wine had spilled on the carpet. The dead bolt on the door wouldn't lock. This could be a fine place to stay with some care.”

“I would definitely stay at this place again. The staff was extremely helpful, the room was clean and stocked with everything you could ever need, and the beds were comfortable. We stayed in a two-bedroom, which had two bathrooms, a living room and a fully stocked kitchen. The room also had a washer and dryer which we used daily. We were there for a lacrosse tournament and being able to clean my son's uniform was a blessing!”

“This was by far the bestt place we’ve stayed in. Clean - convenient location to Park City and all snow activities . Our host was great- gave us good recommendations and always available to answer questions . Will definitely be booking this again . ”

“The little Extras we didn’t even know about a fabulous breakfast, fruit all day and cookies most of the time— chocolate chip. The staff were more than helpful! Chuck will make you feel right at home for breakfast. Don’t miss Waring at the tree room— excellent”

“Wonderful place to visit and stay. We stayed there a number of years ago and they had a full breakfast. Now it's grab and go items.”

“Pros: Kitchen appliances were helpful, staff was friendly, newer property, bed comfortable, bathroom clean, convenient location (BYU and UVU nearby; Top Golf right next door!!) Cons: Doors are loud when they close, and I was on the first floor with some road noise. Floors could have been a little cleaner. Overall, I would stay again, especially for the price I paid.”

“Everything about this property was absolutely spot on. I really liked the gym and the children's area along with a really casual place to watch games or TV. The room itself had an amazing view of the lake and it was very convenient to get to Park City in about 10 minutes. There was plenty of parking. Everything was spotless. The check-in was super easy. There's also a hot tub. The value for what I got was absolutely amazing. When I go back up north to Provo up in that area. I will make sure and……
