“This is a very nice double-wide unit in an RV park. We had only reserved it for 1 night as it was 15 minutes from the Sterling Renaissance Festival. Very clean with two queen beds and two bathrooms. Full kitchen and in-house laundry. Lots of room for everyone. ”

“We went for graduation. Rooms were clean. Air conditioner was working. Very convenient location. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Owner allowed us to leave our trailer in the parking lot before we checked in, so we could get to graduation on time. Even have us a gift card to Dunkin.”

“Room was a touch warm on the 2nd floor, there is no AC from what I’m told, we visited in April, so luckily the outside temps were moderate at best. I would be unbearable in the summer without AC. Room was extremely clean and owners were very accomadating. Breakfast was fantastic, I’d stay again, just not in the summer”

“The location was fantastic with great views of the river. The kitchen was well appointed with a spacious living area and cute porch. Our multi-generational family found it to be perfect for our needs. ”

“This was not a great place to stay, I like the old renovated places but this one just really wasn’t. The noise traveled through the walls and floors, kept us up all night while we were there. There just wasn’t any staff around when you needed them, you had to call them. I just wouldn’t recommend them.”

Would have liked more coat/ towel hooks and a sink in the bathroom. This is not a deal breaker. Just would have made things easier. Next time we will have the hot tub heated prior to our arrival.”
