“The only good thing about the hotel, was the room was clean. HOWEVER, they had no hair dryers. They were renovating so the elevator and halls were dusty and dirty. And no one spoke clear English. Very disappointing. ”

“Dirty rundown pest problems un kept supplies such as sheets and blankets with holes and tears as well as stained. Staff not real friendly and short with words. Don't seem professional. Sticky floors and furniture and and just not a comfortable nor inviting place. Pests were the worst part I came with two people I don't want to leave with extras. I paid online to arrive to couches and furniture piled outside which was the first red flag. Will not be returning ”

“Very clean and cozy. Exactly what we needed for one night. We had an event at the Syracuse Theater and the distance was decent as well. Sofa mattress could be better but the couch itself is an option to sleep on for a small person.”

“The property was being renovated so it was busy with construction crews and such. It is a great place to stay when traveling with family. Nicely located, spacious. ”

“My stay at Candlewood Suites East Syracuse was excellent from start to finish. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a full kitchenette, which made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything needed. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby highways,……

“We enjoyed our long weekend stay in Suburban Studios. The rooms are spacious, the linens and towels are clean, the amenities are very useful.Thanks to the helpful female weekend staff who helped us with AC and internet issues. We appreciate your responsiveness. ”

“No shampoo or conditioner. Room was dirty. No maid service for visits of less than three days. Smell of pot was pervasive throughout the hotel. Peeling bathtub. Only one chair in room. Very loud all night. No rules enforced. Staff was delightful. ”
