“The coffee maker hasn't been cleaning for long time. Moulds growing inside the water tank. Luckily I found it before drinking the coffee.”

“Overall is very good and great stop for our next early hike in Laugavegur. The only downside is no shared kitchen for self cooking, but they have a restaurant serves hot food.”

“My only complaint would be the rooms are small and”

“This hotel has received a recent update and the rooms have been tastefully modernized. The bathroom, particularly the shower is tight bit manageable. The issues experienced during our stay were with the hot water and the amenities. The shower controls appear to lack any sort of pressure-balancing valve. The result is that during even a quick shower, the temperature of the water can fluctuate between scolding hot and freezing cold. I assume that this is a result of changing water demands as……

“the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable.”

“Loved it! Cosby, usually quiet, included breakfast that was good, helpful staff, close to gas station, and restaurant/s. Bed wasn’t uncomfortable to me.”

“Location is great. Super cute, but small cabin. Hot tub did not work very well and didn’t hold its heat. Only 4 towels, 1 dish towel and cloth for 4 people for a two night stay. Only 4 coffee pods for a 2 night stay. Was surprised to find no basics in the kitchen. Salt, pepper or oil. However, those were not promised. Duvet inside cover was very stained and a bit off putting. The cabin had good instructions for most things. I would recommend including instructions for cook top as well.”

“Todo muy bueno”

“Very efficient and comfortable property. We had everything we needed to fix dinner and breakfast. Very comfortable beds - above average. Owner very nice over the phone. In the middle of some great views of Iceland itself.”
