“Fantastic stay! The hotel is a stunning old house with loads of character and spotless rooms. The staff is lovely, and the location is as central as it gets. As is common with historic buildings, you can hear a little noise from other rooms, but it didn't take away from the experience. Highly recommend!”

“I enjoyed my stay at the hotel . The staff were all friendly and welcoming during my stay . The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels were changed each day . There was a wide choice of options at breakfast and dinner. One evening guests at the option of a sushi station. Good value for money, I was HB so paid for drinks with dinner each evening. They accept cash or card . Or you can upgrade to the drinks package. The entertainment was fair, bingo was a favourite with many guests as well……

“La comida es horrorosa. Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas que no es nada barato podían gastarse un poquito más en la comunidad porque la comida es horrible. He estado dos días y las dos veces que fui a comer al en la plancha no había nadie de la cocina eh la carne dura la gente que estaba en el comedor un poco desagradable los camales y suelo ir muchas veces pero después de esta vez no vuelvo a ir”

“Nous sommes un couple ayant passé 3 nuits dans cet hotel en juillet, la chambre est propre et assez grande avec cuisine et ce qu’il faut avec. La piscine est jolie mais rapidement a l’ombre. Nous avions pris une place de parking et heureusement car difficile de se garer dans ce quartier. Hotel bien situé (plage, commerce accessible a pied). Personnel toujours disponible et sympathique.”

“Todo en la propiedad bien lo único que no me gusto que no tenia aire acondicionado y me supongo que eso es algo importante en la propiedad ya que después vi que se rentaba el aire pero eran las 1 am el cual no pude agarrar un aire pero la limpieza bien y de más”

“I only booked this hotel for one night as I was on a road trip around Tenerife. I wish I could have stayed longer. The hotel is in such a fab location with Plaza del Charco just a couple of blocks away and the pedestrian walkway to Martinez close by in the opposite direction. The hotel was fantastic value for money and would recommend this compared to a catered hotel, because the money you save, you can eat out in proper restaurants. Would definitely chose this hotel again when I next visit.”

“Everuthing we wanted from this holiday was close to the apartment. We also had a great view over the bay.. The only thing we missed was a balcony but that we knew before we booked. No complaints, a nice stay.”
