“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“We absolutely loved this studio. It was so spacious, spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, even better than we expected. The staff were amazing and always so responsive whenever we needed anything, no matter the time, which made our stay feel so easy and welcoming. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Verona and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We will 100% be staying here every time we come back to Verona. “It is a very nice property and fantastic location. The parking can be a bit anxiety inducing for Americans, squeezing through the narrow, enclosed alleyway, but it is still doable. Note: there is no privacy door for the shower, and only a glass shower door. The shower stall is arround the corner so no one can see you take a shower unless they walk up to the entry, but it is still a bit odd for people who like their privacy. "Living at Hotel Giulietta e Romeo can feel their heart of welcoming guests and providing exceptional hospitality. The girls are very helpful when I lost the room card and explained to my concern very clearly. The breakfast was amazing which offered a wide variety of food like 5-star hotel. In my opinion, eating well at the morning is very important as it will definitely bring you a good vibe and pleasant mood to start exploring the city, Hotel Giulietta e Romeo fulfilled us on that. I would recommend to stay here again, it is worth the price."

"Buffet breakfast was excellent in quality and quantity. Location is a little bit off the town centre, but taxis were easily available and affordable. The only issue was the bath tub which was pretty high for getting in and out. Showers would have been much more appreciated."
