However, on the first night we witnessed the restaurant staff have an absolute meltdown, it was embarrassing for all involved. "The front desk staff were all very friendly, helpful and kind. Valentina, Enrico and Asia were truly wonderful.. They were helpful with restaurant recommendations and anything else we needed. The room was clean and spacious and the view of the lake was truly amazing from a great balcony.. Breakfast was perfect and the dining staff was as lovely and pleasant as everyone else we met.. We will definitely stay at Hotel Riviera again!!! Thank you everyone !! WE highly recommend this hotel!!"
