“je suis parti en couple à Morcote et je suis satisfait de l’hôtel et plus que satisfait du personnel. La chambre était située au 2 e étage avec vue sur le lac donc la vue etait incroyable et la chambre était très propre, la dame qui s’occupe du ménage est une crème . Nous sommes arrivés au alentours des 9 h du matin donc nous avions beaucoup d’avance mais nous avons été très bien accueilli et le temp est passer très vite avec la serveuse qui a su bien nous mettre à l’aise je recommande……

“We stayed in a junior suite. The whole layout of this suite is strange, just like an old residential bedroom adding with a toilet and living room but doesn’t match the overall style / design at all. The water supply of the basin tub is totally out of control (bathtub was ok) either crazy hot or freezing cold, one way or other!!! “Beautiful room with luxurious views of Lake Como. Only cons is the lack of walkability and I didn’t enjoy the food at the restaurant. But overall the staff were very accommodating and made it even more special celebration with a beautiful and tasty cake, champagne, and balloons with their birthday package. I loved waking up to the balcony views and the heated pool that I could enjoy even in October weather! Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Lake Como. ”
