“This is a very nice condo in a great location. Easy access to subway, buses, restaurants and deli's. The gist was easy to work with and tried to be accommodating. ”

“A great apartment, couldn't be closer to Empire State really! We were met on arrival and shown around which was really welcoming. Subway stations locally and the east river ferry from the end of the road. Coffee and bagels from Chelsea bagels were spot on too! ”

“Great location, not what is listed but was for good reason and in a better location. Theres was just a little mold in the corner of the bathroom. Other than that prime location, iconic building. Great gear communication from the owner. I highly recommend”
