“Literally located steps from just about everything you need and not far from places you want to see. This two bedroom, one bath apartment has been newly renovated and was very clean. It was on the smallish side but it is NYC after all. Check in/check out was very easy; host always responded quickly. One bedroom had full/queen bed with a good sized closet. The other bedroom had a full/twin bunk bed but no closet or clothing storage; one of my few suggestions would be to add hooks or a dresser.……

“We visited New York for a few days to see some shows on Broadway and experience the city. The location was perfect, a few blocks from Central Park, a few blocks from the bar, close to the metro, great restaurants. Interestingly, the original apartment we rented had some problems with electricity, but Carmen was very responsive and made other living arrangements for us close by, which were very satisfactory, and we ended up having a wonderful time despite the initial hiccup. “The property was a nice, convenient walk to NY Presbyterian hospital - where I had to be every weekday morning for medical treatments. The apartment had everything I needed, except I had a lot of trouble with the laundry facilities and spent at least 8 hours over 5 days speaking to the company over the phone. The machines kept double charging me, which left me unable to completely washn all of the linens before I left. There was no "hello" and no "goodbye". We had to find a phone number in the……

"Super friendly and helpful staff Knowing that i am very sound sensitive, the staff is willing to change another room away from lift and highway, and provide one at high floor for me But still the noise is quite bad at night, but managed to get some sleep by sticking my head between two pillows There is coffee and muffin in the morning, and a small gym with cable machine, DB and treadmill Close to gas station and bus stop Good price comparing with those in nyc Cant ask for more"
