“CLean room and helpful staff”

“No deadbolt and the door latch mechanism was missing from the jamb. Had to rely on the latch in the door to catch in the open hole in the jamb. There was a security swing latch that barely closed. There was food and candy wrappers on the floor in the corner next to the bed. Walked across the floor barefoot and had to clean my feet before putting socks on. Shower head coming out of the wall and spout pulled away from the wall.”

“Older property but clean and close to everything. Stay here annually”

“This was acceptable for a night on the road. The only bug was a fly in the room. The bathroom was VERY questionable. It smelled bad. A stain on the blanket and towels but none on the sheets.”

“Didn’t like how the buildings were set up it was really confusing. The toilet didn’t really flush very well. The shower water pressure was decent but not great. The hair dryer didn’t work. The tv said we got channels 9-37 and there were only about 5 channels that actually were able to watch. All the other ones were like abstract paintings. The rest were just snow. The room was clean and the staff was friendly getting new towels for the second day. But they only have two. Could put a couple more……

“The hotel was great. My room was very nice. The bed was more comfortable than some very expensive hotels that I have stayed at. The staff members were all great. There are many dining options nearby. There is plenty of free parking. This hotel is very convenient with regard to access to the highway. I would highly recommend this hotel when comparing to the other hotels in the area and in Beckley, WV. This hotel is very nice and affordable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”

“It was a decent enough hotel for a one-night stay. Hotel clerk was a very nice guy and personable. Sheets were kind of thin and carpet was a little warped in two places. But not bad for a one night stay. Also didn't realize we'd be next to an Adult Store facility.”

“Non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke to the point where it was difficult to sleep. The hearting/cooling system was super loud whenever it came on. Didn’t have very high expectations and they were fully met. It’s an indoor place to sleep for a cheap price.”
