“A shining jewel of the neighborhood”

“It’s a beautiful cabin with a very good feel to it. The owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The upstairs shower is quite small and there’s no light.The clubhouse is awesome with a decent pool table and ping-pong and a really good gym for working out. The trail around the pond was a nice walk as well. It is a bit far into the mountain with high steep windy roads and about a 3 mile patch of gravel to get there.Also, the pictures showed canoes and kayaks on a lake……

“Beautiful cabin with cozy details. Highly recommend for a couple. It is small and with no bedroom door more of a studio but otherwise matches the pictures. I was disappointed that the gas fireplace wasn’t working and despite some troubleshooting via email with the host we were not able to get it operational during our stay. The heat in the cabin was excellent, quiet and efficient and the shower was great. The cabin is far enough from town to give quiet and privacy but very convenient to West……

“Overall we loved our stay. The drive way is steep and it is a solid 30 minutes from a store or gas station. However it is a beautiful place to be for the weekend. The sun hits the deck and land in the morning and you get a good view. The land is all on a hill so no real flat sections. Lovely fire pit which we loved. The cabin itself is very well kept and clean. Lovely details. ”

“Tucker’s Place did not disappoint. The view from the main living area was gorgeous, home was very well equipped especially the kitchen whereby several family meals were prepared. Home was spotless & w/ the range of activities we enjoyed having super capacity washer/dryer was helpful. Each room had a great view but most importantly blackout shades for deep, restorative sleep at night. Eric and Erin were always approachable and responsive to my needs and hope to make a return visit to Tuckers……
