“Great stay for us. In town for UPIKE vs Point University football game. The hotel is situated in the center of town and has a great walkable area around it. Clean, quiet and well kept. Indoor pool was open, heated and clean. Breakfast was good when compared to most hotel breakfast spreads. Would absolutely stay again if we need to visit Pikeville in the future.”

“This place was s amazing and so was the host Mary and property managers RJ and Angel. Communication was fantastic and the host was very accommodating even making sure we had a waffle maker. The beds were all very comfortable and the sunsets each night were breathtaking. We will definitely be coming again if we ever get back to Prestonsburg. ”

“The tiny house is stocked with everything you need, so much detail has gone into the place. All of it is really nice and comfortable. When we stayed there was four cabins, I think a fifth is being built. It would be a good place for a group of friends or family to getaway, everyone could have their own home. ”
