“Stayed 1 night and was upgraded to a modified room for people with physical disabilities. Large and well situated although we didn’t need the modifications and the upgrade was unexpected and appreciated. Nice area, felt safe, rooms in the back were quieter for outside noise. Only issues were the bathroom needed updating/repair. Paint peeling from the ceiling, cracked tile in the shower, bit of mold in the caulking etc. overall hotel and lobby seemed quite clean otherwise. Staff were excellent!……

“When you book with a motel, you know you’re not getting a five star experience. This was no exception. The first room we were given was filthy; dirt was all over the floor and it smelled strongly of smoke (despite being a non-smoking room). We requested a different room, which they didn’t give us any hassle about. The second room was cleaner and smelled less of smoke. However, the smell of stale cigarettes still lingered in the second room (which made sense considering the cigarette burns in the……
