We tried calling the property multiple times before arrival and got through 1 out of 10 times. So, front line and customer facing operations and staff on site were below expectations and I would rate a 1 out of 5. Not very hospitable or welcoming upon arrival. The pool and jacuzzi area are very large and were well kept, as were the rooms. Some signs of aging and required……
