“The hotel itself is adequate, but looking tired. Our room was very large and clean. The main issue we have was with the air conditioning. The hallways on the second and third floor had blowers.Blasting very hot air and my guess is that it was over 86 Fahrenheit. It was so hot that I had to put a towel at the base of my door to keep the hot air from coming into the room. Everyone in our group had their A. C set to about 66 degrees, but the temperature in our room was about 78. Even the lobby was……

“The pool was muddy and the hot tub was broken. We requested a room with a bathtub and they could not accommodate that either. Staff was very rude and we decided to leave after the first night. We had no help from Expedia and Expedia would not credit me or give me a refund for the three nights we did not stay there. The accommodations were completely unacceptable for my fiance and I so we had to leave after the first night. Neither the hotel staff or Expedia customer service did anything to help……

“I really wanted to leave a stellar review. Check in was reasonably easy. Didn't get a printed receipt, although would have liked to have had one. Rooms were clean, but smelled like heavy cologne. The door to my room looked as if someone had tried to pry it open, there was compression marks on the door jamb so bad I could see into the hallway with the door closed. On the door was a sign encouraging you to lock the deadbolt "for your safety". Mattress was thin, and pretty lumpy. Not a fan of that.……
