“I had to call the after hours line to check in because we got there late in the night. The young man came straight down to check us in and was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and roomy. We were on the 4th floor and the property seemed quiet and safe. ”

“The staff was pleasant and friendly. The room was large and equipped with a microwave oven and refrigerator. Everything in the room worked well. The waterpressure was good and the water got hot. There is no icemaker in the premises. The overall shape of the buildings was a bit run outdated. The door of our hotel room was hung crooked whichl ooked bad and let extra light into the room from the hallway. The bathroom tile and paint looked like it was left halfway completed. “The house was very nice, and clean. It is in the newer part of Fort Smith and quite peaceful. We had a small problem with the security “beeping” (due to an earlier power outage) when we first arrived, but when I made the issue known, Adeel had it handled promptly. Was easy to communicate with her. Good experience!”

“It was dirty and messy. There were so many bugs. I couldn't stay there for half an hour. The room had a strange smell. I immediately changed hotels.”

“This home was the cutest. It was very clean and well kept. It had room for all of us. The check in/out process was very easy. We did enjoy the hot tub and OMG the couch and the beds were so comfy! I will definitely consider this home for our next trip to Mena.”
