“The A/C in our room was not working well. Temp wouldn't come down below 77 degrees with unit running constantly. Switched rooms for our 2nd night...room only cooled down to 75 degrees despite the a/c running constantly. Also, room-phone was not working during or 2nd night. “I’ve stayed at La Estrella before and had a great experience. This time there were a couple of things that needed attention. The bathroom sink was NOT draining properly, and it seemed to have been in that state for a little while. Also the toilet developed a leak along the floor on the second day of our stay.
