“Perfect for a solo traveler, or for a loving couple who just need the basics and not much space. Safeway within walking distance. Working class neighborhood, but not seedy. Property surrounded by new, high fence, so I felt safe. Quiet, except for neighbors' dogs who occasionally have bark fests. But these are infrequent and not loud. One neighbor has a black goat which talks in the morning. It's very cute. Host (who lives in the main house next door) is very courteous and responds almost……

“The host responded promptly and check in was easy. The suite was clean and had all we needed. The bed was comfortable. Perfect for a short stay!”

“Had an amazing time and really enjoyed the location of this apartment even though it can get a little noisy but that's to be expected being downtown.”

“Great location, trader joe's, sprouts, vitamin cottage close and convenient for cooking healthy meals. Good central location for tourist sites, museums, biosphere 2.”

“The room was clean, typical amenities, except for having controls over the ac/heat. When i checked in i was informed they control the temperature in the room which, i found was not comfortable for me. I would not stay in the room in the summer months since i was informed they keep the temperature at 80 during the day. I had to keep the inside door open at all times and the ceiling fan on to be able to sleep. I also thought it was in poor taste to advertise their personal political opinions on……

“The property could use a good update — window coverings, LR rug, 2nd bath tub fittings and provided condiments, most of which were “sticky” on the outsides. ”

“This cute space was just enough for our two days in Tucson. (Family of 4) It’s 20 minutes away from convention center/ arena. The kitchen and bathroom has all your basic needs. Everything was clean and organized . Communication with the host was efficient . The couch does fold down into a bed but probably for someone on the smaller side . Stairs going up to the loft bed are steep. Our kids slept downstairs and husband and I slept upstairs . ”
