"It is not city center! It's false advertisement. Pool is not heated. Walls and lamp shades were stained. It's not getting 1 star because the staff were very friendly. "

"There was an event at the hotel the night we stayed and the music was so loud it sounded like it was coming from the room next to us and the event didn’t end until 2 in the morning so I couldn’t get any sleep and all the people from the event took all the parking so there was no where to park. "

"The main pool was out of order but nobody bothered to mention it when we checked in. On top of that our room smelled like sewage. The staff was quick to move our room and offer some complimentary drinks due the pool situation, so I appreciate that, but the “luxury” is certainly lacking at this property. Piece of advice, clean the stairs to the water slide and at least skim the broken pool with a net so guests dont have to look at all the nasty crap floating in the water, even if its not useable."
