“The staff knew that they had no hot water because they told us that they had to close down for 2 days due to no hot water, but they had a repair man in earlier that day and they thought it had been fixed. It hadn't been. They did not tell us this in advance of our stay or when we checked in. We had to find out the hard way - with a cold shower.”
