There was no breakfast available this morning as expected. We only book hotels that provide breakfast while traveling, and this is false advertising.

We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway and had a wonderful experience. The location in Auburn is super convenient—it’s an easy drive to downtown spots, local historical sites, and nearby parks, making it a great base camp if you're touring the region. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing night's rest after a busy day out. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. If you're looking for a reliable, no-fuss, and cozy place to stay while exploring the Finger Lakes without breaking the bank, this place definitely fits the bill. Would happily stay here again!

The bad experience started at the check-in: they were so cheap that they didn't even have a live person at the front desk. A screen with a remote employee checked me in. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty. There was insufficient bedding: I had no blankets in the room, and when I called to request one I was told they don't have any staff to bring me one. Can't honestly recommend this property...
