“The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly and breakfast was very good it was close to Buffalo Wild Wings which is one of my favorites and facilities were very clean and comfortable as was the bed got a good nights sleep it was quiet I would definitely stay again when I’m in the area ”

“Easy access for one of our members who has to walk with a cane. They could have put us closer to the entrance/exit to make it less of a walk for him, but it was just a minor issue. Beds and rooms were clean and quiet. Still waiting on the $20 charge for incidentals to be refunded to my credit card, since we did NOT use any of their other amenities which would have generated this charge. I will give then two more days before I call them directly for the refund. ”

“My family felt satisfied with the 1 week stay at Residence Inn. Room is spacious enough with an open kitchen that allows us to prepare our meals. Staff is friendly and the hotel is suitably located for us to visit our son studying at Baylor. Our whole family enjoyed the stay so much.”

“Everything was wonderful during our stay with one exception. We stayed in room 306 and every so often we’d hear this strange knocking noise next to the bathroom and electric box. It occurred at all times and night with the last night being from 4:30 am until 6 am. We spoke to staff who said they were aware of the problem and there was a loose pipe in the wall. The only way to fix it would be to open the wall. It sounds as if no one wants to fix it. Other than the problem with the wall everyone……

“This is a very nice hotel for Waco,Tx. Megan was super nice and made check in a breeze! The fitness center is one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel. It was also nice to have a Peloton bike, yoga mat, yoga blocks and foam roller in our room for convenience. I hope people don’t get a hold of this little gem and tear it up. Good job IHG! ”

“Really great value hotel. Nice bar with an extremely talented bar tender. The free breakfast was not your typical cereal and stale bread spread. Crepes, berry parfaits, frittatas and good coffee. I selected it because it was close to Baylor and pet friendly and very pleasantly surprised.”

“The Hotel is in a great location near everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our complaint is we have always had a free breakfast and although minimal charge, the room price should have included free breakfast. The room was great except we saw a few sugar ants and a rolly polly. It was great for our weekend plans. ”

“This place is a hidden gem and I was so iffy on booking it but I’m sooooo glad I did. This place is beautiful peaceful and so perfect. My mom enjoyed every moment and loved everything about this place. It was everything and more and the staff is the friendliest you will ever meet. I will be coming back again with my mom and family. ”
