The hotel was very nice, clean, and well managed. The employees were very friendly and polite. Only thing was the gym, most of the equipment wasn’t working. So it made it hard to enjoy. We enjoyed our trip and stay.

Lovely hotel, arrived early and the guy managed to get us a room. Free breakfast was a treat (after being in 5 other hotels around Texas and had to pay) as was free parking (almost nonexistent in Hotels there) A little walk to the main tourist attractions. Right next to a fuel station and shop so handy for grabbing drinks etc.

The room was clean the first night and was able to find parking, second night absolutely no parking available. We were arriving later in the day called the front desk staff to ask them to please make sure the crib was in the room. As we got closer, we double checked that the crib was in the room because the baby was extremely tired. Unfortunately, they did not know how to set up the crib and told us no sheet was needed which all parents know is absolutely untrue! The young woman at the front on Friday, October 16 was very unhelpful barely spoke and was completely unfriendly at check-in to my daughter and I. I watched her be very friendly to other guests. I have no idea why she was so offended by us. I’m not sure if it’s because we called twice to double check on the crib or what. Thankfully, I was able to get the crib set up after googling online how to do it. She said the maintenance man had no idea either. Apparently the problem was the maintenance put up the wrong side first! They must’ve put some kind of mark on our reservation because it completely went downhill from there. They never gave us maid service after I specifically asked the young woman at the front, which is unfortunate for the maids because I normally leave a tip anywhere from $50-$100 for them. I have stayed in Springhill suites before as has my daughter. We have never encountered such rude help at any hotel stay. I would definitely never go back to that hotel or any Springhill suites due to the staff.
