“I’ve stayed twice at this hotel, and both times the clean, contemporary rooms and pleasant, oasis-like atmosphere of the hotel struck me most. It was very quiet on our stay last Thursday. The staff and lobby have all the basics, there is a very nice pool, and a hot tub too, although the hot tub is tucked away in a separate small, enclosed area lined with tall shrubs - hiding it from the pool area. This wouldn’t be ideal if you were there with kids and wanted to use both at the same time (kids……

“Property manager and contact for property were excellent!! We had some issues by the cleaning crew of not attending to some sheets etc. but the response from the property managers was prompt and great. Areas of improvement : water pressure in bathrooms and better fixtures that need updating. Pergola over table tennis table was unsteady and could fall and injure future guests. Tiles in primary bath need replacement as they have gaps and grout was exposed in corners etc.”

“While the exterior of the house, including the heated pool and spa, lived up to expectations portrayed in the photos, several interior issues diminished the overall experience. My primary concern revolved around the back patio door leading to the pool area, lacking a lock and secured with a makeshift broom handle each night. The house displayed signs of neglect, particularly evident in the broken master ensuite door handle, unclean floors, and the need to address the bed comforters' hygiene, one……
