“Traveling as a solo woman can be tough. La Quinta may be the less expensive option (sometimes), this one in particular was very disappointing. My phone didn’t work in the room and no one could fix it. My door didn’t latch by itself because of the soft close door function. I asked for a refund and they gave me a hassle. Ugh, no thanks”

“Pool was fine, room was small, shower was filling up with water while showering, towels were old and scratchy, yelling and fighting from other guests.”

“We got to the hotel had our reservation i already paid for, wanted me to pay for it again, gave us the wrong room- one bed 3 people kept tell me the will fix it needed to talk to the gm and would call me back. Never fixed anything never called back. Hotel wasn't super clean as expected. Beds were horrible. Front staff lady made sure i knew constantly i booked with a third party and made me feel as if i should be looked down upon for that. We had friends staying there and i tried to book through……
