“We were in town for a golf tournament and gathering afterwards and need a nice place to stay so we didn’t have to drive over 2 hours home late that nite. The room was lit up and easy to find. Parked right in front of our door. Easy couple minute drive into downtown Prescott for a wonderful breakfast
Great place to stay. Owner was very easy to communicate with, sent a couple messages saying everything as ready for us.”

“The good: Place looks exactly as described, the deck is quite roomy and nice, very relaxing, host was very responsive. First block off the main strip downtown, so it was a very short walk to the hustle and bustle. Single A/C unit was enough to get the 85 degree outside weather down to a nice and cool temp for sleeping. The rooftop area is also cute and quaint. The bad: the trains will run every 2 hours at night and blast their horn each time. This is clarified at the bottom of the rental……

“Great communication by owner and property manager. The photos don't do the spaces justice! Fantastic set up for groups. We rented all 4 suites and everyone was ecstatic to have the big community spaces, but still have the privacy in the bedrooms. Wish we would have checked in early to useall the amenities that were available. We came in late on the first evening, but will make sure next time we come as early as possible.”
