“When we first drove by the property appeared abandoned. We could see junk piled in windows, overgrown lawn/weeds, and trash all over by the side and back entrances. When we went inside to check in the lady at the desk said "can i help you?" I let her know I had a reservation and she rolled her eyes and sat down.
