“Had a cancellation with our flight due to weather conditions. And Expedia was giving me a hard time changing the dates to our hotel stay. And the director of the hotel helped me change the dates He spent 30 minutes on the phone with Expedia. I really appreciated that. I recommend that they shampoo the carpets in the halls. Other than that the room was very clean. Staff was nice and Penrose diner is right across the street. ”

“My stay was a pleasant surprise! I booked through Expedia and I didn’t realize I booked a suite. So I wasn’t expecting to walk in and see a couch and a kitchenette lol. The room was better than I expected. It was also clean. But the best part was the bed!!! Omg the mattress and pillows were super comfortable. I wanted to stay an extra night lol.”

“We stayed one night and there was a party outside the main entrance. Gathering of at least 15 people (music and drinks). Is that allowed? The parking lot was needs to be repaved. We waited from 3pm to 4pm. to check in. Rooms were not ready for us and there were at least 8 people sitting in the lobby waiting. Lastly, no free breakfast on the weekends. ?? But weekdays ok? Whose idea was that. We used expedia and it there was no mentioned of that. Is that false advertising, honest mistake? I travel……

“The property is safely tucked away and is very close to restaurants and the third-largest mall in the United States. Accessibility is extremely easy and the customer service at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. Definitely will plan on staying here when visiting in the future.”
