“Don’t be in a rush for dinner or a drink it’ll be a while considering one server was doing 3 jobs and dealing with irate customers. The food was good but don’t expect them to have everything you might want, same with drinks. We did not go to breakfast because of the issue the night before. Also, all throughout the night you can hear noises from up stairs and in the hallways.. I was on the bottom floor but my baby was quieter than everyone else.”

The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again. Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
