“House was cute and well maintained. Reasonably stocked - although plastic cups, dishes and plates would be great with kids and the pool. The pool was great to swim in. We misunderstood/didn't read further to know the hot tub would not be able to heat, but it was so hot that we didn't need it even at night.Overall we had a wonderful stay and thank the host for letting us check in slightly early.”

“Very clean, the accommodations were nice, especially the beach buggy, chairs and towels. The walk to the beach was very short and there are plenty of places to eat, including Another Broken Egg, which was our favorite for breakfast. If you are here for the Mayo Clinic, it’s only 10-15 minutes away by car. The host was very accessible and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The convenience to the beach was wonderful. The room was small but clean and modern. It had everything we needed. I liked having access to the washer and dryer. We would stay here again. Suggestions: full length mirror in the hall leading to the bathroom/assigned parking for each guest unit. (The parking was a "free for all", but in all fairness, it was 4th of July weekend so it may have been busier than usual)”

“We enjoyed our stay. All our basic needs were met. I would suggest that the unit be labeled so that it is easily located. The grass needed to be cut. I would suggest a few more hooks to hang things on. I really appreciate the use of the beach chairs and umbrellas. My husband misplaced his sunglasses, if they are found please let me know.”

“Air conditioning went out on us 3 times. Would have been perfect otherwise.”

“Everything went well and we were pleased with the distance to the beach. The only issue I had was the beach chairs were not in the unit. I purposely didn’t bring ours, for this reason. A small inconvenience but overall a great stay. Thank you”

“This is a great house for a family. It’s too difficult for an elderly couple. We couldn’t get off and on the couch. It’s so low. The ice machine doesn’t work, so make sure bring bag of ice”

“The entire experience was a blessing, although we were constantly on the road visiting family, the Property was a welcome place to call home.The Condo is situated right across the beach access and with the additional parking it aided us when we first arrived and had the family meet us.”

“This property is a 5 minute walk to the beach which was perfect ! The space was perfect for a beach trip the chairs and beach towels were such a huge plus since we flew in from another state ! The kitchen had everything you needed along with the washer dryer was perfect. Whole apartment stayed nice and cool the whole trip! The shower was horrible the water pressure was so bad it desperately needs a updated shower head//plumbing. There were a lot of termites in the bathroom so their wings were……

“What a wonderful place! I had to have surgery and was looking for a relaxing place to recover. This was perfect! The morning walks on the beach were a highlight! So peaceful and relaxing. The condo was plenty enough room for my husband and I to enjoy for two weeks. Everything you need, is there! Morning coffee on the back patio became routine. The bed was so comfortable that I even asked the owners what kind it was! Very comfortable, especially after surgery! Thanks Julie for a wonderful place……
