“Property was exactly as listed with plenty to keep the kids occupied. The property is in a great location, where it is close to everything but you still have privacy. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of cookware and outdoor items. Fenced in back yard was a life saver with kids and pets! No issues whatsoever, stay was wonderful. The beds are great, but the huge sofa in the living room was beyond comfortable! We will definitely be back to visit again.”

“We appreciate the proximity to the beach, the extremely comfortable king size bed All the outlets for phones , iPads , kindles hairdryers etc. the gated yard was great for our 9 year old rescue dog. The restaurant choices and fish market were so convenient !!! It’s a great place to stay since our family lives close by. Our host Audrey quickly replied to any question we might have had. We have a great visit!”

“This place was exactly what I needed. Very simple, no frills, but had all the basics and extremely close to the beach. Such an easy walk and the beach access has a new walkway. Bring a bag of ice. No ice maker. There is a counter top ice maker but the ice cubes melt quickly. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. What more do you need for a long weekend at the beach.Bring your own beach towels and chairs, like I said, there are only the basics. I would definitely stay here……

“We enjoyed our stay. All our basic needs were met. I would suggest that the unit be labeled so that it is easily located. The grass needed to be cut. I would suggest a few more hooks to hang things on. I really appreciate the use of the beach chairs and umbrellas. My husband misplaced his sunglasses, if they are found please let me know.”
