“Please provide a simple breakfast for such a high room price!”

“It was a short trip. Everything at the hotel was nice. The only issue that we had was that I had to ask for the maid service to come. BUT it is a huge hotel and I'm sure the staff had plenty of rooms to clean.”

“Very nice place to stay. The breakfast buffet does cost extra, however, it was worth the price and so very good. Staff was very friendly. The only thing i did not like is they charge daily for parking. It is through a 3rd party company that manages it and you have to regiesrer your car through an app or you will get a ticket. Though you may still get a ticket after registering your car days later after your stay.like we did. I made fun of my husband for getting a receipt when we checked out but……

“Great spot by Vanderbilt and good restaurants. Loved the free bike rentals. Didn’t love the top floor where you needed reservations to eat or use the pool. Breakfast area in lobby was nice. Lobby was like a small market during the day, 4 or so vendors setup selling items.”

“The prices in the market place are outrageous. Sorry to be blunt but seriously $44 for a six pack of Coors beer?! We were in Vegas 3 weeks ago and got a whole bottle of liquor for that price. Very disappointed in that for sure ”

“The location of the hotel could not be better for those using the airport. We chose this hotel, and paid a little more, to be able to walk right to the terminal to catch an early flight. The service was excellent, every employee was friendly and helpful. The room was really nice, and the entire property was very clean. The restaurant was a nice surprise, great service and really good food. The only criticism I have, and it is tiny one, is that there aren't many options for quick snacks and……

“Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great complimentary breakfast, and happy hour. The only inconvenience was the elevators could not keep up- long elevator waits. We are not opposed to stairs at all but being on the 19th floor, we only made that trek up and down once. ”

“I will definitely stay here again if I get the opportunity. Easy walk to Broadway. Other than a squeaking ceiling fan the place was perfect and directions to get in and out were detailed. Staff were visible, friendly, and helpful. The only recommendation I would have for others staying here is to bring a folding wagon or cart to get your things in and out of your room. ”
