"This hotel is need of upgrades. The toilet when flushed makes a continuous noise that was annoying. The elevator was shaky and the button to request the elevator was broken. Kevin at the spa talked too much during the massage. He rushed through the massage. He didn't massage my feet. Although I appreciated the hot towels on my back. The steam room was dirty. It was also rusty in several areas. No complimentary water nor snacks were available nor offered to prior to the massage. Cars can be heard from outside revving up their engines and horns blowing. Extremely annoying to the point we could not relax during the massage."

"Although I did not get a chance to try the food on the property, I was happy to know that there were options for a quick snack and drink options available on the property. The staff was excellent!! Im not from Georgia and I can say the many times I've visited the area and surrounding areas being at this hotel was top tier experience. Everyone I've encountered went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be back when visiting the area. "

"The Starling was a beautifully decorated hotel. The accessibility to Colony Square and other popular Atlanta stops was great. The spa was great, but was looking for a more welcoming vibe from front desk staff. It was bummer that the valet staff couldn’t give us any information about the parking garage compared to valet if we didn’t plan on leaving and the water damage to our room was pretty clear in the bathroom and the sprinkler system outside of our door. Outside of that, we had a great stay! "

"From start to finish The Westin Buckhead was an amazing experience. My daughter and I checked in for a staycation and we felt like we had hopped a flight and checked into a luxury hotel elsewhere. The staff was so nice, The rooms were clean and beautiful, and the room service was delicious! I even got introduced to my new favorite red wine by one of the bartenders at the hotel restaurant. One of my absolute favorite amenities was the built in water station where we filled up our water bottles daily with alkaline or sparkling water. The only thing that could be better would be the “Starbucks” breakfast area. The refrigerated food in the case did not look appetizing and the wait was too long. I would definitely stay at the Westin Buckhead again."
