“Need some refund of our bill as we had no lights in room”

“clean, efficient, spacious, and most convenient. An excellent to stay a couple of nights in Sheffield town. I espcially like the spacious room and high ceiling and the lively little bas overseeing the Leopold Square.”

“No complaints. Reception staff very helpful”

“Perfect new hotel. Excellent check in. All staff were super friendly.”

“No lift to suites. (3 floors) honestly I was disappointed for the money spend. Chips off the sink in the Hellaby suite and lots of small things missing.”
