“The hotel was new and very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had breakfast at the hotel during our short stay and it was delicious. The restaurant itself was pristine and uniquely decorated even for Venice. It was modern with a touch of antiquity. It's one of the highest structures in Venice which gave exceptional views of San Marco. We found the bar to be cozy and beautifully presented. Looking forward to our next stay at Nokinski.”

“Hotel is at a very good location, making all places of interest and shopping areas easily reachable The food provided at the breakfast is good with lots of varieties. However, the staff members in general are not entirely friendly, particularly those serving at concierge. Having said that, a lady staff receiving guests at the breakfast area is very helpful and always greets us with smile”

“第一次遇到這麼差的服務態度，沒有笑容，冷冰冰的，完全被評語欺騙了，選擇了這裡，滿肚子的不滿，五星收費，一星的服務。登記的男服務生態度極差，看他的樣子好像很討厭中國人似的，兩點入住，兩間房也沒有清潔好，我問可否先准備一間我們，他只是冷漠地說，我們只保證三點才有房，有這樣的服務嗎？房間内沒有煲水的，也沒有咖啡機，連咖啡也沒有。叫拿熱水，催了三次，60幾分鐘才送到，打電話投訴，一句抱歉的話也沒有，他只是在詢問你想怎樣，我幫你轉電話去相關部門，真最好笑，我現在要投訴，不是應該你幫我解決問題嗎？”

“A bit far from St Marco. Check-in process was great and the gentleman was very professional. All perfect except for checking out. I booked a pickup at the hotel and the lady insisted that I walked 10 min away over to the taxi port with heavy luggage to meet the driver there. How could I tell which driver and car? I ended up meeting the driver at the hotel but why did I have to fight for that? ”

“酒店在主岛上，在圣马可广场旁边，酒店后面就是名店，去哪里都方便，有自己的码头，打水的去机场120欧。一楼餐厅是米其林餐厅，早餐在二楼，非常丰盛。房间面积挺大，迷你吧免费，WiFi速度也不错。如果住主岛，这家酒店是不二的选择。”

“The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice. Good: Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too. Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.”

“很舊的酒店，當晚入住時房間冷氣是壞的，真叫人受不了，那時威尼斯白天有38度，房間就像是烤箱，而且酒店還一付無可奈何的樣子，根本就是欺負我們東方人，是我老公一直不放棄要飯店處理，隔天下午才派人來，我們放棄了半天的行程在房間等，真是很不好的經驗。所有住過的5星酒店，這是讓我覺得服務最糟的。”
