“Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! “We had a lovely relaxing 8 days. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Meliá hotels are excellent. We paid extra for The Reserve and it was definitely worth it. The Reserve breakfast and lunch buffet was ideal. The pool was fabulous with Bali beds and lots of loungers. Maivelys was incredible serving drinks, fruit and ice cream. She definitely deserves a special mention and is a true asset to the Paradisus.”

“Amazing hotel and staff! Everything was lovely: the breakfast at Toscana, the two gentleman at the Unique pool, the pools are amazing! “The rooms were spacious. The suite we reserved had an individual pool. The front reception staff was exceptional and very helpful. The reception area was beautifully decorated and amazingly clean and smelled so tropical. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The little store on the property had everything you might need without leaving the resort. They were reasonably priced!!”

“Das Report liegt ca 5 min vom Strand und es gibt etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeit , Bars und Restaurants. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden.
