“I recently stayed at Al Bustan palace , and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. “Ondanks er werken waren in het hotel, hebben wij hier weinig van gemerkt. Er was geen geluidsoverlast. Het zwembad was buiten gebruik, maar het hotel had voorzien dat zijn cliënteel kon zwemmen in een naburig hotel (Radisson blu). Voor de rest was de service prima. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Voor lekker eten en drinken kan je terecht bij cafe Mocha en restaurant Tuscany. ”

The services we received from the chief concierge Mr. Mimouni Youssef and Mr. Ankit from laundry depot are very impressed. They are knowledgeable and professional.
